...MOUNTAIN SNOW THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT ...
.A cold storm system is moving into the Central Rockies, and
will produce snow over the northern Colorado high country through
much of the weekend. The heaviest bands of snow is expected to
shift slowly east and southeast across the mountains this
afternoon through tonight. The heaviest snow is expected to fall
in elevations above 9000 feet over the northern border area, and
above 10,000 feet in the I-70 Corridor through Summit County. Snow
will fall down to the mountain valley floors at times.
Cold and snowy conditions are expected for the mountains through
the weekend. Plan accordingly if you are going to be spending time
in the Colorado high country.

weekend. The snow level will fall to between 9,000 and 10,000
feet tonight. The heaviest snow is expected above 10,000 feet MSL
where 4 to 10 inches of snow is expected. A light snow
accumulation will be possible down to 9,000 feet. Cold and snowy
conditions are expected for the mountains through the weekend.
Plan accordingly if you are going to be spending time in the
