* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas over
south central areas of the East Troublesome burn area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 734 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Granby.
- This includes the following additional locations...
rising water in the Colorado River along River Rd, Lower
Stillwater Creek, Lower Willow Creek Valley and Drowsy Water
Ranch.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Heavy Rainfall will cause minor flooding of small creeks, streams,
and ditches in the East Troublesome burn area. The heavy rains could
also trigger rock slides or debris flows.

central Grand and northwestern Boulder Counties through 715 PM MDT...
At 640 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Red Feather Lakes to 3
miles northwest of Mt Audubon, or along a line extending from 29
miles south of Laramie to 47 miles northwest of Denver. Movement was
east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Estes Park, Trail Ridge, Bear Lake, Jamestown, Raymond, Allenspark,
