At 924 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16
miles north of Haswell, or 43 miles south of Flagler, moving
northeast at 45 mph.
Half inch hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
this storm, along with frequent lightning.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern
Lincoln County.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
