...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of Douglas,
northwestern Elbert, western Arapahoe, east central Jefferson and
south central Adams Counties through 700 PM MDT...
At 611 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southwestern Castle Pines, or 18 miles south of Denver, moving
northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Aurora, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, southern
Littleton, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Roxborough Park, Bennett,
Elizabeth, Kiowa, Larkspur, Perry Park, The Pinery, Franktown,
Chatfield Reservoir, Sedalia, Buckley SFB, and Louviers.
