Some low-water crossings may be impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 939 PM MDT, Emergency management reported flooded and damaged roadways in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Limon, Hugo, Arriba, Genoa, Punkin Center, Boyero, Kutch, Matheson and Cedar Point.
